Yes. Flexchange needs notification permission on your device to deliver a rate alert.
No. Rates and notifications can be delayed, unavailable, or different from the rate offered by a financial provider. Verify a rate before making a transaction.
For EUR/USD, a target of 1.1800 means 1.18 US dollars for one euro. An “above” alert watches for a higher value in that direction; a “below” alert watches for a lower one. Reversing the pair changes the rate and the meaning of your target.
The chart on this page is an illustration. It is not a live quote. Your alert uses the app’s rate feed, which can differ from the web converter or your bank. See rate methodology.
A notification does not reserve a rate, execute a transfer, or place a trade. When one arrives, open the app, review the current data, and check your financial provider’s quote and fees if you plan a transaction.
Repeat timing controls how soon another notification may be sent; it is not a guarantee of polling or delivery at that interval. Keep notification permission enabled and use the alert list to pause or remove rules you no longer need.
Custom rate alerts require Premium. See the plan comparison or trend charts if you want to review historical movement first.
